You’ve Done the Foundational Work in the Starters Kit.

The 7-Day Covenant Challenge is the next step in the Mantled for Marriage™ framework—not to add more content, but to help you integrate what surfaced and listen more closely to what remains.

This is a 7-day, email-guided covenant renewal experience designed to help married couples:

  • Re-engage covenant with greater clarity and intention

  • Strengthen emotional safety and stability within the marriage

  • Deepen alignment in communication, purpose, and direction

  • Address patterns or tensions that may quietly impact connection

  • Live out covenant with maturity, unity, and peace

Each Day Includes

Just 10–15 quiet minutes per day

1

A Covenant Focus

Each day centers on one covenant theme — such as alignment, communication, emotional safety, purpose, forgiveness or renewal.

This focus builds on the covenant framework you already explored in the Starter Kit, offering a daily point of attention that helps you carry those truths into everyday life.

Rather than introducing new concepts, the covenant focus helps you apply what you already understand with fresh intention.

2

A Brief Reflection

Each day includes a short, guided reflection that builds on the awareness already developed.

They invite you to:

  • Notice how covenant is showing up now

  • Reflect on real-time experiences rather than past responses

  • Integrate insight without analysis or pressure

Each reflection stands on its own while remaining grounded in the formation work you’ve already done.

3

One Simple Shared Activity

Each day offers one simple shared activity designed to translate Starter Kit insights into practice.

These activities:

  • Do not re-audit or re-evaluate your marriage

  • Do not repeat previous exercises

  • Do not require preparation or materials

They are fresh, present-moment practices that help you embody what you’ve already named—together.
